To qualify for full core credit, turbo cores must be returned within forty-five (45) days from the invoice date.

Returned turbo cores must be complete and free of shipping-related damage. Any damage caused by improper packaging, handling, or transportation may result in a reduced core credit or denial of credit, at the sole discretion of Masso Diesel.

Once a turbo core is received within the required timeframe and in acceptable condition, the core refund will be issued within seven (7) business days using the original payment method.

All turbo cores must be shipped to the return address designated by Masso Diesel. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Any diesel component left unclaimed or unreturned for more than thirty (30) days may be sold to offset storage and handling costs.

Return & Restocking Policy

All product returns require prior authorization from Masso Diesel. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging. A restocking fee ranging from 10% to 30% may apply, and original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Turbo Core Grading & Credit Levels
Grade A – Full Core Credit

Turbocharger is complete and operational

Turbine wheel and nozzle ring show no significant damage

Eligible for full core credit

Grade B – Partial Core Credit

Turbocharger assembly is complete

One or more major components are damaged (turbine wheel, compressor wheel, or nozzle ring)

Eligible for partial core credit

Grade C – No Core Credit

Turbocharger is incomplete or disassembled

Major components are severely damaged (turbine wheel, compressor wheel, and nozzle ring)

Not eligible for core credit
