To receive full core credit, cores must be returned within forty-five (45) days from the invoice date.

Returned cores must arrive complete and in acceptable condition. Any damage caused by improper packaging, handling, or shipping may result in a partial credit or no credit, at the discretion of Masso Diesel.

When cores are received on time and in acceptable condition, the core refund will be processed within seven (7) business days using the original payment method.

All core returns must be shipped to the address provided by Masso Diesel. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to core returns.

Any diesel component left unclaimed or unreturned for more than thirty (30) days may be sold to recover handling and storage costs.

Return & Restocking Policy

All returns are subject to approval by Masso Diesel. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Eligible items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are unused, in new condition, and in original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% to 30% may apply, and original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
