To qualify for full core credit, electronic actuator cores must be returned within forty-five (45) days from the invoice date.

All returned actuator cores must arrive complete and free from shipping-related damage. Damage caused by improper packaging, handling, or transportation may result in a reduced credit or no credit, at the sole discretion of Masso Diesel.

If the actuator core is received within the required timeframe and in acceptable condition, the core refund will be processed within seven (7) business days using the original payment method.

All actuator core returns must be shipped to the return address provided by Masso Diesel. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Any diesel component left unclaimed or unreturned for more than thirty (30) days may be sold to recover storage and handling costs.

Return & Restocking Policy

All returns require prior authorization from Masso Diesel. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Eligible products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided they are unused, in new condition, and returned in original packaging. A restocking fee of 10% to 30% may apply, and original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Grade B – Partial Core Credit

Actuator assembly is complete

One or more major components are damaged

Eligible for partial core credit

Actuator is incomplete or disassembled

Major components are damaged
