At Masso Diesel, we operate a core exchange program for injectors, turbochargers, and ignition coils. This program allows us to provide high-quality replacement components while recovering used parts that can be professionally restored and remanufactured.
When purchasing a replacement injector, turbocharger, or coil, you must provide the corresponding used part, known as the core. If you do not have a core available at the time of purchase, a Core Deposit will be charged in addition to the purchase price.
Core Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your used core, our technicians will inspect it to determine whether it is suitable for restoration or remanufacturing.
- Core accepted: If the injector, turbocharger, or coil is in suitable condition for restoration, the full Core Deposit will be refunded.
- Core rejected: If the core is excessively damaged, incomplete, broken, missing essential components, or otherwise unsuitable for restoration, the Core Deposit will not be refunded.
- Final inspection: Core eligibility is determined by Masso Diesel after the returned part has been inspected by our technicians.
The Core Deposit is intended to ensure the return of the original component and help maintain our remanufacturing process. Returning a qualifying core allows us to recover valuable components and continue offering professionally restored parts at competitive prices.
Please keep your old injector, turbocharger, or coil until the replacement has been installed and the core has been returned and inspected.
